Easy Cinnamon Ginger Tea Recipe

This simple cinnamon ginger tea is a delight during cold weather.

Cinnamon and ginger are two powerful ingredients that have a ton of health and medicinal properties like anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants. These ingredients are also in Qi Alchemy herbal pearls.

Ingredients:
  • 10 cinnamon sticks
  • 100g ginger, sliced
  • sweeten w/ 2 dates sliced
  • water

Boil a 8 cups of water and add cinnamon sticks, sliced ginger and dates. Put the temperature on low and let it boil for 20-30 minutes. 

Feel free to add more dates if you like it sweeter. Enjoy!
