Ginger Tofu dressing recipe 🍃

Ginger and tofu are some of the most used Asian cooking ingredients and have powerful healing properties.

Ginger has a very long history of use in various forms of traditional Eastern medicine. It has been used to help digestion, reduce nausea and help fight the flu and common cold, to name a few.

Tofu is a good source of protein and contains all nine essential amino acids. It is also a valuable plant source of iron and calcium and the minerals manganese and phosphorous. In addition to this, it also contains magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin B1.

Blend the ingredients below to make a creamy vegan dressing!

4 oz silken tofu
2 T rice vinegar
2 T doenjang (soybean paste)
¼ C water
2 teaspoon perilla oil
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 chopped scallion
